Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped via UPS by 2 pm the following business day. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and shipping selection. We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
For expedited shipping the following additional charges will apply:
- Next Day $40.00
- 2nd Day $30.00
We offer FREE ground shipping in the USA, automatically applied at checkout, on all orders over $99 (before tax and shipping charges). Orders can also be picked up in our store. *Please give us 2 hours to prepare your order.
We value our international customers! All orders will be shipped using USPS Express Global Priority and will only be charged actual shipping. Please note that orders shipped outside of the US will take approx. 1-2 weeks longer than standard shipping times. A revised invoice will be sent with updated shipping charges shortly after your order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to exchange or refund it. Simply return the item within 30 days of purchase, undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will be refunded the original price, less the cost of shipping and handling. Sale and clearance items are only available for exchange. Items can also be returned to our store. Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us by email or at 1.707.525.9333 before shipping a product for return or exchange to receive return instructions. We are unable to accept items that are returned without contacting us first to receive a confirmation number. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges unless the return is due to our error in filling your order.
